Kalshi faces class-action lawsuit for failing to pay prizes to users of prediction markets related to the Iran war

Deep Tide TechFlow News, March 8 — According to The Information, the prediction market Kalshi is facing a class-action lawsuit. The platform reportedly failed to pay appropriate winnings to users who predicted events related to the Iran war. Kalshi CEO Tarek Mansour previously stated opposition to profiting from individual deaths and claimed he would refund fees for the “Hassan Rouhani’s resignation” related event contracts.
