Kalshi faces class-action lawsuit for failing to pay prizes to users of prediction markets related to the Iran war
Odaily Planet Daily reports that prediction market Kalshi has been sued collectively. The platform allegedly failed to pay appropriate rewards to users involved in prediction contracts related to the Iran war. Kalshi CEO Tarek Mansour previously stated opposition to profiting from individual deaths and claimed he would refund fees for markets related to “Will Hameini step down?” (The Information)
