Host Hotels & Resorts has sold two Four Seasons resorts, one in Orlando and one in Jackson Hole, for a combined total of $1.1 billion. This transaction follows their acquisition of the properties for $925 million in 2021 and 2022. The company also closed on the sale of the St. Regis Houston for $51 million as part of its capital allocation strategy.
