Beijing Business Daily (Reporter Li Han) reported that on March 7, Country Garden announced that Group Chairman Yang Huiyan Ming clearly defined 2026 as “the most critical year for the company to transition from ensuring housing delivery to normal operations” during the monthly management meeting. Looking ahead 3-5 years, Country Garden’s strategic core will focus on “building core competitiveness.”

Yang Huiyan pointed out that the key to Country Garden’s transformation lies in the deep integration of organizational reform, technological innovation, and management innovation. She revealed that the company is intensifying research on the integration and application of “new technology + AI,” aiming to guide all aspects of the value chain—including customer research, market analysis, and product design—through data models, promoting the company’s shift from experience-driven to data-driven decision-making, achieving transparent management, scientific decision-making, and lean operations.
