Yancoal Energy announced that Yancoal Australia will achieve an operating revenue of AUD 5.949 billion, a pre-tax profit of AUD 623 million, and a after-tax profit of AUD 440 million for the fiscal year 2025. As of December 31, 2025, total assets are AUD 12.205 billion, and net assets are AUD 9.033 billion. Additionally, Yancoal Australia declared a total tax-exempt dividend of approximately AUD 243 million for the year (AUD 0.184 per share).
