I doubted the gender, not the material quality.

A matchmaker's shared case.
He was about to leave work when he met a high-quality bachelor client—born in '99, 180cm tall, clean-cut appearance, annual income 50k+, only child, locally built house plus two commercial properties, parents are a teacher and vice principal, top-tier conditions!
This guy had incredibly low requirements for a girlfriend: "As long as she's female." The matchmaker initially thought he was just appeasing his parents' pressure to marry, or maybe he had an ex his parents opposed.
After pressing him, she discovered his parents really looked down on the "girlfriend," and even did something outrageous—they kicked the "girlfriend" out in the middle of the night! Matchmaker: "Is your partner too much, asking for a huge bride price?" The guy just said two words: "No," and remained vague throughout, answering everything with "fifty-fifty."
The matchmaker was almost driven mad. She patiently asked: "Did you guys actually break up or not?" He still said "fifty-fifty." The matchmaker exploded: "Are you seriously treating me like a virtual pet?!"
The guy hesitantly spoke up: "Do you have anyone here who could accept that I have two girlfriends?" The matchmaker froze and tentatively asked: "What? Your girlfriend is male?"
The guy then said: "No, my 'girlfriend' is an inflatable silicone sex doll..."
Here's the kicker! He bought this doll at 21 for 15,000 yuan and raised it for six or seven years—he's gotten attached. His parents found out and exploded. He doesn't think it's a big deal and said he'd tell his future real wife clearly, and afterward just keep it in the closet.
This guy being born was basically his mother detoxifying!
