Gate’s precious metals section has launched XPT and XPD perpetual contracts for spot trading, settled in USDT. The XPT/USDT perpetual contract represents 1 troy ounce of platinum, and the XPD/USDT perpetual contract represents 1 troy ounce of palladium, both supporting leverage of 1-10x for long and short positions.
These products are also available on Gate Perp DEX. Gate stated that it will adjust trading parameters such as funding rates, minimum price increments, maximum leverage, risk limits, and maintenance margin in a timely manner based on market conditions.
