Just looked at the ranking of the 100 richest people in the world, and it's still fascinating to see how wealth is concentrated. Musk remains far ahead with $444 billion, followed by Bezos and Zuckerberg. What surprised me is the geographic diversity—not just Americans.

The United States clearly dominates the top 100 with most billionaires, but you also see many Chinese climbing up (Ma Huateng, Zhong Shanshan, Zhang Yiming). Indians are also making their mark with Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani nearing $100 billion. And then there are surprises like Amancio Ortega in Spain or the Wertheimer family in France, who control luxury empires.

What really stands out is the gap between the top 10 and the rest. Gates with $160 billion is huge, but Musk's wealth is almost three times more. And among the 100 richest people in the world, there are well-known names (Buffett, Jobs...), and others who are completely discreet, managing fortunes quietly.

Technology clearly dominates—Google, Microsoft, Amazon, the founders are all there. But you also see a lot of wealth in luxury, retail, and industry. It's interesting to track how this ranking of the 100 richest people in the world evolves year after year, especially with fluctuations in stock prices.
