**Campaign period: June 3, 2024 - June 30, 2024 (UTC+0)**

4-week period divided into 2 circles
- 1st circle: June 3 - June 16
- 2nd citcle: June 17 - June 30

Make sure you sign up as early as possible to have time to trade for the first circle and get ready for the second circle, rewarded twice will be possible.

### Step 1 : Sign up to become our merchant if you haven't yet <a href="http://www.gate.io/c2c/merchant" target="_blank">here</a>. 
This event is open to 11 fiat currency areas: TRY, UAH, BDT, KZT, THB, PHP, PKR, XOF, MAD, BRL and EGP.

### Step 2: Start participating in activities

**Read the trading requirements and reward conditions carefully (calculated per circle):**
- Advertise at competitive prices
- The total number of merchant transaction orders is greater than 15 orders.
- Completion rate greater than 60%.
- The number of duplicate counterparties does not exceed 3.
- The total P2P merchant trading volume reaches 500 USDT at minimum in each circle.
- The total merchant transaction volume in the 2nd circle is greater than in the 1st circle.

## Rewards for merchants:
- First cycle rewards: 10 USDT
 (New merchants will receive additional 5 USDT)
- Second cycle rewards: 20 USDT (Reward increased if you meet the requirements above and rank in the Top 5 merchants with the most trading volume)

If the transaction volume in the second circle is lower than in the first circle, the current reward will be lost. The reward accumulation will be calculated again from the first circle for the old merchant.

Prizes will be awarded to the **Top 5 merchants** who fulfill the conditions above and have the highest trading volume in **EACH FIAT REGION**.

#### Terms & Conditions
- Please note that this service is not open to users in the UK and other Restricted Locations in accordance with our User Agreement. Users who fail to meet this condition will be disqualified from receiving the prize.
- If you also win a reward for other Gate.io P2P merchant campaigns held simultaneously, you can only get rewarded for the campaign that pays you the highest.**(Rewards for this event do not duplicate Merchant Subsidy event rewards.You can only sign up for one of the two campaigns.)**
- Merchants are assessed every two weeks according to the above-stated requirements. If requirements are not met, merchants will not be qualified for rewards.
- All participating users must strictly adhere to the Gate.io Terms of Service. Gate.io reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
- The platform will need two weeks to review the performance of merchants. Rewards will be distributed in the form of tokens and will be credited to the winners’ accounts within 14 working days after the campaign ends (can be checked via “My Wallets” – “My Billing Details”.) We will release an announcement at Gate.io News after the tokens are credited.
- Gate.io reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.
