2.The Streamer selection is divided into Prestigious Streamers and New Streamers, further subdivided into the Chinese Division and Global Division.
3.Relevant content of this event will be published in GateLive Post, GateLive X, Gate_Post, Gate Post_Official, Gate X, and Gate HuaYu X. Streamer and content creator rankings can be viewed in “Gate 2024 Year-End Community Gala-Vote for Top Streamers & Content Creators” real-time on the voting event page. During the voting period, we will also periodically publish current real-time rankings on the above-mentioned channels.
4.Please note that Live Votes can only support Streamers, and Post Votes can only support Post Content Creators. Every 30 Votes allows one entry into the Lucky Draw.
5.Lucky Draw Rewards: ➀ Startup Stars: Each user can win up to 200 Startup Stars. Any additional wins beyond this limit will be converted into lucky bags. ➁ Futures Vouchers (valid for 5 days): Each user can win up to $100 in futures vouchers. Any additional wins beyond this limit will be converted into lucky bags. ➂ WUF Prize Pool: A total of up to 100,000,000 WUF will be distributed. ➃ VIP+1 (valid for 15 days) are capped at VIP5. If the user is already at V5 or above, the reward will be converted into $30 Points (valid for 30 days). VIP users can participate in unlimited subscriptions to Startup and receive millions in token airdrop rewards. ➄ Lucky Bags: rewards will be distributed proportionally from a $1,000 token prize pool according to the lucky bag.
6.The Live Voters Ranking and Post Voters Ranking rewards require a minimum number of Votes: At least 1,600 Votes for 1st place, 1,400 Votes for 2nd, 1,200 Votes for 3rd, 1,000 Votes for 4th-10th, and 800 Votes for 11th-20th. The 50 lucky voters need at least 20 Votes. If the minimum Votes requirement is not met, rewards will be distributed based on actual Votes. VIP+1 rewards are capped at VIP5. If the user is already at V5 or above, the reward will be converted into $10 Points (valid for 30 days). Exclusive merchandise packages will be selected from Gate Commemorative Medal, Gate Brand Sweatshirt, and Gate Soccer, based on actual issuance. Futures Vouchers are valid for 5 days. Live Voters Ranking and Post Voters Ranking rewards cannot be obtained simultaneously. If a user ranks in the top 20 of both rankings, they will receive the higher ranking reward and an additional random $30-$100 Points (valid for 30 days) reward. The higher the rank, the greater the reward.If multiple users have the same Voted Amount on the Voters Ranking, their rankings will be determined by the order of completion.
7.The VIP+1 rewards of Top 10 Prestigious Streamers & New Streamers Rewards, Top 10 Content Creators Rewards are capped at VIP7. If the user is already at V7 or above, the reward will be converted into $20 Points (valid for 30 days). The futures vouchers (sponsorship for fans) per person are limited to $20 (valid for 5 days).
8.We will notify the winners via emails and inapp notifications within 14 working days after the event ends. Please pay attention to the messages, and enter Gate Shop to submit information according to the instructions before the deadline; otherwise, it will be deemed to give up the reward automatically. Once you submit the information, the merch and mailing information can’t be altered, so please confirm the information before submitting. Under the conditions that there is wrong or incomplete information, rejection, return or failure to contact recipients, it will be deemed to give up the reward. The merch will be delivered within 60 days after winners submit the information. Please pay attention to the delivery message. If the merch cannot be delivered due to shipping issues, you will be given Gate Points (valid for 30 days) of equivalent value instead.
9.Users need to complete identity verification to vote and receive rewards. Non-merchandise rewards will be distributed within 14 business days after the result announcement. Each user can only use one account to vote, and sub-accounts are not considered independent accounts.
10.Streamers must adhere to Instructions on management norms and penalties for streamer violations during the selection process. Please avoid extended idle time during the live. It is prohibited to obtain votes, new users, etc. via any cheating behavior. Violations will result in disqualification from selection.
11.Content creators must adhere to Gate Posts Instructions during the selection process. Content must not include obscene, defamatory, insulting, plagiarized, advertising, pornographic, or violent content. During the event, if Gate Post content does not comply with platform requirements, the qualification will be canceled.
12.All rewards belong to streamers in Gate Gate Live and Gate Post, and the platform does not take any share. Apply to become a GateLive streamer now.
13.Users selected as Content Creators are required to publish high-quality content on the platform. The platform will conduct regular reviews, and if there is no content posted or the content does not meet the required quality standards, users will be removed from the Content Creator ranking page.Cheating to gain Votes is prohibited. Violators will have their rankings and rewards canceled. The Votes displayed on the event page are for reference only. After the event, the final result of the Votes will be audited and revealed via official announcement.
14.Market makers, corporations, institutions and affiliate accounts are not eligible to participate in this event.
15.Users can only receive rewards from one campaign if participating in many other campaigns on Gate at the same time.
16.Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
17.Users in the United Kingdom and other Restricted Locations cannot access the Services (including participation in this event, game, or competition). See the User Agreement for further details on Restricted Locations.
