Jin10 data September 16 news, Eastspring Investments investment experts Vis Nayar and Ray Farris stated that Fed Chairman Powell's dovish guidance at this week's meeting may exacerbate the weakness of the US dollar, thereby boosting Asian stock markets. “The excellent performance of Asian stock markets this year is mainly driven by local funds, but if the US dollar resumes its fall, it may stimulate funds to flow from the US to emerging markets in search of diversified allocations,” they wrote in their research report. Analysts pointed out that fundamental earnings improvement is also an important driving force for the recent strength of Asian stock markets, and due to the impact of trade protocols, most Asian markets have significantly raised their earnings expectations for the coming year. They added that if the Fed's dot plot shows that the median interest rate forecast for 2026 remains unchanged, or if Powell weakens the prospects for rate cuts, it may become a major risk facing the Asian market.
