According to Techub News, AI Web3 recruitment platform TradeTalent has completed a $8 million financing round, led jointly by Nasdaq-listed company Allied Gaming & Entertainment (NASDAQ: AGAE) and technology engineering company Hicop (Hicop Engineering Pte. Ltd.). The funds from this round of financing will be used to accelerate the iteration of its AI skills verification technology, expand its global enterprise and talent network, and further integrate and improve its platform's Web3 trust infrastructure. TradeTalent is committed to building a global trusted skills network that links Web2 and Web3. Through its self-developed AI recruitment protocol and smart contracts, it provides on-chain AI interview and skills certification services. The system can generate tamper-proof on-chain skills assessment NFTs for job seekers, aiming to address the pain points of false resumes, high background check costs, and privacy breaches in traditional recruitment processes, achieving decentralized and trusted verification of talent skills.
