If Ethereum breaks through $3100, the total liquidation strength of mainstream CEXs' short positions will reach 728 million.

ETH-1,94%

BlockBeats News, January 24 — According to Coinglass data, if Ethereum breaks through $3100, the total liquidation strength of long positions on major CEXs will reach 728 million.

Conversely, if Ethereum falls below $2800, the total liquidation strength of short positions on major CEXs will reach 704 million.

BlockBeats Note: The liquidation chart does not display the exact number of contracts pending liquidation or the precise value of contracts being liquidated. The bars on the liquidation chart represent the relative importance of each liquidation cluster compared to nearby clusters, i.e., the intensity.

Therefore, the liquidation chart shows the extent to which the price of the underlying asset will be affected when reaching a certain level. Higher “liquidation bars” indicate that the price will generate a stronger reaction due to liquidity waves once reached.
