As long-term Bitcoin holders continue to accumulate, a different scene is unfolding on the other side of the market. According to a report from on-chain data analysis company CryptoQuant, in the past month, "Whale Large Investors" have sold as much as 115,000 Bitcoins, with a total value of approximately $12.7 billion, marking the largest dumping wave since mid-2022. Analysts warn that this selling pressure may continue to suppress coin prices in the coming weeks.

CryptoQuant analyst "caueconomy" stated that the trend of large investors in Bitcoin reducing their exposure has intensified recently, with the scale of the dumping reaching its highest this year.

The analyst added that in the past 30 days, the amount of Bitcoin held by whales has decreased by more than 100,000 coins, indicating that large investors are being strongly driven by risk aversion.
