I feel this now as someone who has actively used ai since the first launch in November 22’
We are entering the wildest version of society we can even think of
I think the only regret would be not taking advantage of the level playing field we’re now living in

New Claude sonnet 4.6 model is very impressive
However I still believe GPT5.3 Codex is the strongest model out right now for anything dev related
I usually run both in parallel
But value wise, if you are building anything, Codex extension in Cursor is very hard to beat
