Watching Bitcoin’s breakout attempt here.
Stocks still in price discovery, looking to trade the biotech/peptides narrative (HIMS, VKTX, LFMD).
Staying fully focused on Printr ecosystem coins onchain, likely where the strongest momentum and best opportunities are right now. brr brr
Enjoy your day

I can’t really keep up with the “big guys,” and I don’t want to either, that’s not my goal/edge anyway. Just do a bit of trading, write theses, and follow the signals. We’ll see what happens.

Real trading culture and sustained on chain flow mostly consolidate on Solana. Other chains get temporary bursts of activity, but they don’t hold that liquidity consistently. Ethereum remains more of a long term infrastructure layer than a trader centric execution environment, so activity naturally rotates rather than persists.

market update
Many altcoins, also established meme coins (liq pull event), are getting heavily sold off. Also a major DeFi exploit involving a cross chain setup triggered bad debt on lending protocols like Aave, which is why DeFi and bridge related tokens (ZRO) are getting heavily sold off.
That said, it’s important to keep in mind that it’s the weekend, so liquidity is thinner, and the real price action often unfolds into the weekly close and early monday.
Notably, AI related coins (e.g., TAO, NEAR, FET, etc.) are showing relative strength.
On top of that, it’s important to note that the tot

Since I started dedicating around four to five hours a day to my training sessions and everything around them again, I’ve noticed that I’ve slightly lost my trading edge. I’m still making profits, but not as consistently or as strongly as before.
Trading is essentially a full time job that constantly requires focus. Don’t get misled by people claiming that, once they’re profitable, it’s easy to just “quickly trade a couple of hours a day” and pull consistent profits. Anyone who actually aims to reliably generate significant monthly returns has to treat this seriously, put in continuous work, a

Consistency built on routine is everything, whether in daily life, trading, or sports. I can’t emphasize this enough, it’s the foundation. Prioritize your sleep, give yourself enough time, and you can accomplish almost anything.

some thoughts
If crypto breaks down from here and makes another leg lower, then chops through summer and potentially into winter, it would likely burn a large part of market participants. frustration would build over time, eventually reaching a point where many simply step away from the space. that kind of environment is often the textbook setup for accumulation, a deeper phase where stronger hands quietly build exposure.
what I would prefer instead is a strong bullish continuation from here, screw structure and send it. no structural breakdown, just expansion with momentum to the upside. tha

Crypto looks ready to move higher, tbh. Not sure what would hold it back from rallying into the weekend.

Memes
Even in low liquidity environments, memes on solana were still printing daily and multi week runners. Volume wasn’t as dead as people make it out to be. The established memes were the first to react, moving hard out of bottomed out structures into 8 figure ranges.
Memes remain the main focus for most active traders, still the most asymmetric asset class for smaller capital.
Even for someone like me who has already built up enough capital, I still find myself gravitating back toward meme coin trading instead of exploring other setups in the market. It’s just the most exciting, volatile,

Stocks back at ATHs, likely entering another phase of price discovery.
Crypto remains flat.
The weakness is frustrating, but it also gives off strong long term opportunity vibes, even if there’s still another leg down ahead.
My active focus remains on crypto, while my world ETF passively captures equity market growth in a well diversified way.
Simple and boring, yet effective.

I would never have expected such a V shaped recovery under these uncertain macro conditions.

No setup until BTC establishes ~$73k as new support and confirms. Until then, doing nothing. No edge, no trade, no capital at risk. Happy to buy/trade higher lows from there, not here.
Stock market back at ATHs off a V recovery, crypto lagging, alts showing relative weakness again. Macro still uncertain. Not the setup I want to be aggressive in.
A lot of alt charts are looking bottomed out though. Waiting for momentum and confirmation before pulling the trigger, but will take my shot when the setup lines up. Adding my current trading watchlist below. Good luck.

Altcoin day trading
When it comes to altcoin swing trading, relative strength is what I look for first. Daily watchlist, no exceptions. 1D sets the context, 4h is where I execute. Tight SL, ride momentum, TP aggressively, move SL to BE, move on, there's always another setup.
LTF trend sets the direction. Then it's just pattern recognition, wedges, flags, inverse head & shoulders. Quick to read, clean to trade.
Examples rn: $HYPE $MON $ZEC $XPL
Candidates: $PENGU $PUMP $WLD $NEAR
Benchwarmer: $SUI $LIT $ZRO
Markets shift daily, and the watchlist shifts with them. There’s no room to waste e

Is $PUMP fundamentally undervalued?
No real competition, dominant market position, active daily trading flow. A structural advantage most altcoins never get close to.
It's near the top of my trading list for a risk on rotation, alongside a few other plays. Small long for now, bigger conviction if the macro shifts.
Note: significant token unlock scheduled for July 14, worth factoring into position sizing. Swing only for now.

Once profitable, consistently making $500 per trading day and being happy about it is better than always chasing a $5k PnL thinking "what if".
LTF altcoin setups, meme coins, stock options at the open, BO trading, whatever your edge is.
Stack your profits, TP aggressively, call it a day. Hit the gym, come back tomorrow with a fresh head and one clean setup that fits your edge. Where the market's going? Not your problem. You're a trader, you take what you get. Small wins compound on their own. Rotate profits slowly into a world ETF. Don't over allocate your capital. Use your experience and your
