📣 Ethereum short position profitable by nearly 100 points! How should we operate in the next market movement?

Ethereum short position on Friday night successfully closed with a profit of nearly 100 points. In this round, ETH surged to 2385.78 USDT in mid-March and then entered a pullback. The 4-hour level has completed a decline after a top divergence. Intraday volatility reached a high of 2168.00 USDT and a low of 2045.57 USDT. Currently, capital is flowing out net and the trend is bearish. It is not recommended to blindly chase bottoms; strictly control position size and stop loss.

Four-hour Ethereum core technical indicator analysis:

Bollinger Bands (BOLL) middle band 2143.03, upper band 2193.73, lower band 2092.32. Price has broken below the middle band and is running near the lower band. The Bollinger Bands overall opening downward indicates a short-term bearish trend. The lower band 2090-2095 zone is the first support. If it breaks, expect to test the 2045 previous low. The middle band 2143 is the first resistance level.

MACD indicator DIF: -21.80, DEA: -18.00, MACD histogram: -7.60 (green bar). DIF and DEA are below zero axis with a death cross moving downward. Green bars persist as bearish momentum is still releasing. There is no clear reversal signal yet. Need to watch for green bar volume shrinking and DIF turning upward for a golden cross signal, which could trigger a rebound.

KDJ indicator K: 49.82, D: 50.84, J: 47.76. KDJ three lines death cross downward near 50. J value retreats first. Short-term overbought has been digested, entering a weak consolidation zone. If J value probes below 20 entering oversold, could trigger a technical rebound; currently no clear bottom-fishing signal.

Key Support/Resistance

Strong resistance 2193 (Bollinger upper band) with rebound pressure. Breaking through is needed to reverse the short-term decline. First resistance 2140 (Bollinger middle band) is the core pressure for short-term rebounds.

First support 2092 (Bollinger lower band) is the key intraday support. Breaking below accelerates downward movement. Strong support 2045 (previous low) is the important defense level for this decline.
