根據<a href="https://x.com/SingularityDAO/status/1865514265576382730" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" >SingularityDAO （SDAO）官方公告</a>， SingularityDAO （SDAO）和Cogito Finance（CGV）將進行代幣合併並兌換為Singularity Finance（SFI）新代幣。<a href="https://www.gate.io/" target="_blank" >Gate.io</a> 將支持此次代幣兌換，為用戶提供代幣兌換服務，平臺內用戶無需任何操作即可完成兌換。

**兌換比例：**
1 SDAO = 1 SFI
1 CGV = 0.14122 SFI

**Gate.io 將採取以下步驟進行兌換：**
1）Gate.io 已關閉SingularityDAO （SDAO）和Cogito Finance（CGV）的充值服務。
2）Gate.io將於2025年1月23日14:00（UTC+8 ）之前關閉SingularityDAO （SDAO）的新增槓桿借貸，抵押借貸。
3）Gate.io 將於2025年1月24日11:00 （UTC+8 ）暫停SingularityDAO （SDAO）和Cogito Finance（CGV）的提現和交易服務，包括SDAO\_USDT、SDAO\_BTC、CGV\_USDT現貨交易對，量化網格交易，餘幣寶和槓桿交易。
4）如有正在執行的量化交易策略， 請提前調整策略。 否則會在2025年1月24日11:00 （UTC+8 ）前強制停止。
5）如果您在餘幣寶中仍有資產，可以提前手動贖回，否則會在2025年1月24日11:00 （UTC+8 ）前強制停止
6）如有在槓桿交易市場有未償還SingularityDAO （SDAO）貸款的用戶， 請提前還款， 否則將在2025年1月24日11:00 （UTC+8 ）前進行自動結算還款。
