Gate Perpetual Futures Info API Add funding_rate_limit Field

To enhance the funding rate query experience, we are introducing the 'funding_rate_limit' field in the futures APIs. This update eliminates the need for manual calculations by directly returning the funding rate upper limit value.

Update Details

1.Affected Endpoints:

1. GET /futures/{settle}/contracts
2. GET /futures/{settle}/contracts/{contract}

2.New Field Specifications:

funding_rate_limit	string	The capped value of the funding rate

3.Impact of Changes:
The new 'funding_rate_limit' field directly returns the funding rate upper limit values, which are identical to the calculated results from 'funding_cap_ratio'.
A 2-month transition period begins from the release; during this period 'funding_cap_ratio' will continue to be updated.
After transition period ends, this field will be deprecated and stop returning data. Please complete migration to 'funding_rate_limit' before the transition period ends.
