CLARITY法案新变局：加密团体挑战银行提案，稳定币监管或迎折衷

2月14日消息，随着《CLARITY法案》实施辩论继续推进，加密货币团体提出新原则，对抗银行提出的法案草案。区块链行业协会数字商会发布了一套自己的指导原则，强调可以接受对稳定币对银行存款影响进行为期两年的研究，但反对附带自动生成监管规则的条款。

数字商会首席执行官Cody Carbone表示，行业愿意在类似银行储蓄账户的稳定币静态收益方面做出妥协，但强调加密公司仍应能为交易和其他活动的客户提供奖励。他呼吁银行重返谈判桌，以避免失去建立公平奖励机制的机会。

此前白宫举行的银行与加密公司会议未达成明确方案，银行方面坚持任何稳定币收益或奖励都可能损害美国银行体系存款功能。数字商会的新提案旨在寻找平衡，推动加密社区与银行之间的折衷解决。

总统数字资产顾问委员会执行主任Patrick Vit指出，《CLARITY法案》的通过窗口正快速关闭，政治焦点将转向中期选举。他强调，各方需要保持灵活，顾问委员会已在白宫多次组织会议，促进加密社区与银行就法案达成妥协。

分析人士认为，这一提案可能为稳定币监管提供新思路，同时也凸显了数字资产在金融体系中的复杂地位。随着中期选举临近，《CLARITY法案》的最终走向仍存在不确定性，但加密行业持续推动公平奖励机制的努力或将影响法案细节及监管框架。
