警方正在追查幕后组织者，并审查去年12月平泽市发生的类似案件，初步判断与近期事件作案手法一致。目前，案件仍在进一步调查中，以确认更多涉案人员及潜在高级指挥者。官员表示，这类事件凸显社交媒体和加密平台可能被滥用以组织和煽动骚扰行为，承诺将追查幕后黑手，防止加密技术被用于非法用途。
