BlackRock files S-1 registration statement for iShares Bitcoin Quality Income ETF, not disclosing fee and trading symbol information
Mars Finance reports that according to senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas on the X platform, BlackRock has just released the official S-1 filing for the upcoming iShares Bitcoin Income ETF, but fee and trading code information have not yet been disclosed. The ETF’s strategy is to track Bitcoin price movements and generate income through an actively managed covered call strategy. This strategy primarily targets IBIT stocks and occasionally targets the ETP index.
