CryptoWorld News reports that the tariffs imposed by the Trump administration under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act will have their first refunds issued around May 11.


The U.S. Supreme Court announced its ruling on February 20, ruling that the law does not authorize the president to impose large-scale tariffs.
U.S. International Trade Court judge issued a ruling on March 4, requiring Customs and Border Protection not to impose tariffs based on that law during tariff settlement, which means that tariffs previously imposed under that law must be refunded.
