The guarantors for this fundraising transaction are Cipher Black Pearl and 11786 Wink LLC. It is reported that the net proceeds from this issuance will be used to cover the remaining construction costs of the high-performance computing data center in Wink, Texas, provide debt reserve funds, and pay related fees and expenses.
